Terms & Conditions
- A 50% non refundable deposit is required 6 weeks in advance of booking
- For bookings less than 6 weeks ahead full payment is required
- A refundable security deposit of €200 (£140) on occupation (Breakages and damage will be deducted against this)

- Long lets subject to negotiation
- Rates include pick up from Alicante Airport if required
